The amount above is the rent we have paid for the last 9 months during which we have not been treated as the way we should, and our contract has not been honored. We have been residents here for two and a half years. We have always paid our rent without any problems. Our apartment office is frequently getting new people to run the front office. We have a two year old son living here with us, as well as myself and his father. We have had problems with our a/c since we have moved in here, they are constantly being called out to look at it and it seems that every time they come it works for a few days then were back to calling them out again. We also have mold in our restroom, dishwasher, and under our kitchen sink. They told us that the dish washer would be taken out months ago!!! Still here, The mold under our kitchen sink is there due to a leak they fixed about a year ago. I have lost count on how many times we have called them to come out and fix these problems and still nothing so now we are forced to report them to code compliance...
