I have 3 Complaints: 1st: Have new management. Been in apt since Feb. I ask the management several times to give a copy of my lease. Well, i just got it in Sept of this year. Found out i was overpaying for rent $20.00 dollars. I had bought it to their attention. So i paid my rent and wrote them a letter telling them that im deducting $160.00 from my rent of over payment. So, I contacted the old management and they paid the $160.00. New management told me that my rent was late when i gave them the $160.00. That i had to pay late fees. My rent wasnt late. 2nd: Water Bill - We have been without water several times in the last 3 months. Now, 12/7 i have no hot water. I have to boil water to take a bath. They send the residents a water bill every month to pay. And charging us extra for as many bedrooms you have. So i have 2 bedrooms and they charging me $65.00 a month extra. 3rd: They are remodling the outside of the apartments. They broke my door, 2 weeks now. I have called them 4 times to come and fix it. It wont lock and i dont feel safe. They still havent fix the door. I was told today 12/7 that it was going to be fixed. No. I dont want to live here anymore. I feel like they dont care about there residents.
