I am being kicked out of this place because the manager is a drug addict and is paranoid because I am taking the b*tch to court for retaliation against me. Her husband has threatened residents and they are in fear of being kicked out if they report maintenance issues just like I did.
I am now being evicted because I went over her head to complain. I am only trying to warn you about the problems that you will have by moving in to this dump. I may look like I am only doing this because of my eviction, but I will honestly tell you that I am glad to be moving out cuz the place is a mold infested maintenance disaster.

The management company, GNS Management has told other residents that they do not care about the laws of the state because tenants have no rights at all unless you can afford a lawyer to represent you.
