Rip-off! No service. I'm waiting for a refund

I called and paid to get my phone service activated on June 28. I was told to call their automated system within 3-5 business days to get my phone number and connection date, so I repeatedly called and the automated system kept saying that a phone number and connection date had not yet been established yet.

Finally, on the seventh day I called (July 5) and the representative (Raul) told me that my service would not be connected because my address was not verifiable. Then she asked me the most idiotic question, "Do you have the phone number of the previous resident of that apartment?" After that, I told her to just give me my money back. So I am waiting for them to credit my account back and we will see what happens.

I would not suggest that anyone use this company. I am just sorry that I did not know about this website before I set up service.
