Ripoff on charges added to telephone bill without authorization

I had charges placed on the horizon (chillicothe telephone) by mainstreet telephone which I never signup for. These charges are unauthorized my me or any member of my family. I want these charges refunded on my next bill. I use my local cable company for long distance and internet services.
