Comm South goes South with Customer Service

Comm South operates a 33,000 foot call center with approximately 250 Call Center employees. With over 350 employees throughout the company, Comm South will continue to be number one!

I contacted Comm South and applied for service on 1/10/01. After waiting 3-5 days as instructed, I called for my new number. The customer service rep (after waiting 1 hour) told me that I was never entered into the computer. I gave her my information again and was told to wait 3-5 more days. I did. I called again after this waiting time (38 min) told me I still was not in the computer and wanted my information again.

I called today 1/23/01 (hold time: 42 min) and was told that my information was not in the computer and could I give it to her again. This apparently is happenning to alot of people. Comm South is collecting money but not providing service and issuing false (My company is great advertising) misleading ads.

I contacted the company that previously carried Comm South and they said that Comm South is a joke... People would be better off with a service similiar to but not Comm South (They dropped them like a hot potatoe) but nobody knows this.
