I moved to another location, Comm South said I had to pay a transfer fee up front of $50.00 which I paid. This was on the 1st of July, I did not receive service until the last week in July.
I called the company several times to find out why I didn't have service. I was told several different stories. They told me they couldn't find the address, then they didn't have the apartment number, all this was given to them at the time I gave them the $50.00 fee. Then they said they couldn't locate the area.
Each time there was another reason and then they had the audicity to ask me to get the number of the people who lived in the house before me, then if I could get the emergency police number for the area. I told them I did not work for Comm South and it was not my job to do the leg work for them.
Then I spoke with a Dan Collado, who assured me that when the service did come on I would be given credit for the month I was without service.
The service still hadn't come on, but I received a bill from them. I called again and talked to a really rude and nasty women named Rachel, and her equally rude supervisor April Malone. She told me to wait another three business days and I should have service. I finally got service on July 29. I asked this woman "how can the bill find me and the service could not?" She told me that the bills go out automatically. And, that I should go ahead and pay the bill and I would get credit on the next bill.
I received the bill, but no credit. I called several more times and three times I was hung up on. I asked to speak with a supervisor, manager or president and was told that they didn't care who I asked for, but they will not put anyone on the phone.
This is a disgrace. I pay my bills faithfully and on time to be treated like crap. I don't know what kind of business this company is running because I have never had such poor service in my life.
