Comm south is a rip off
I paid my bill on the 19th of april and the bill was due
On the 21st of april. My service was disconnect
Even though i had the receipt with the date, time, and
Authorization number on it.
I was told thursday night that i had to wait until the
Morning to talk to a manager there was no one i could
Talk to at 6: oo pm.
I called friday morning and was told that the computer
Does not show a payment — i told them that i could send
A fax showing my payment but i was told that i had to go
To payment center. I was told that it would take 3
Business to research this payment. This meant it would
Wednesday become they could give me any information. I
Was without service the whole week-end.
I called tuesday to the payment center and they had no
Information. I call comm south and the computer was
Being updated and managers were not taking calls.
Manager either do not take calls and when they do they
Are not authorized to resolve your problem. I have been
Without phone service for almost a week and they have had
My money!!! This company is a rip off — they will not
Give out the president phone number & if you find his
Phone publication of his home, work and cell would be
Most appreciated.
