I ordered Comm South Service on 11-23. I called on 11-27 as instructed to receive the phone number. After an hour on hold, the rude customer service representative, told me that they would get my service connected by 12-3, if they felt like it.
I called again on 12-4 after trying to get past hold for almost 24 hours. Another rude rep, told me they didn't have time to do their job. I asked for service or a refund. He said it takes 6 months for a refund. I want the service promised NOW...
