A friend of mine ordered all the bridesmaid, flowergirl and her dress from Kauffmans. She told them her wedding was June 5 to assure that her dress was there on time... Guess what? It wasn't. Her bridesmaid dresses came one week before the wedding (all attendants were out of state). When she asked about alterations, she was told that it was no big deal, they could have a seamstress come to the wedding and alter the dresses that morning! The brides dress was not in. She was told that they would check on it and call her back.
The bride called on June 4 (one day before the "wedding"). No one had called her back, and wouldn't have, if she hadn't called. They told her that the dress was in PA and that they would drop it off to her at her wedding sight the next day! The girl that we saw both times was SO SO rude! She kept saying she didnt know why this was happening as she didn't really work at that store.
She also kept calling the bride a liar! So rude! I also found out that one of their seamstres's had to take them to court just to get paid! This place is TERRIBLE... I would NOT ever reccomend anyone order anything from there!!!
