I am working under a deadline to complete a project and must have the specific color of Prismacolor pencil that I ordered six days ago! If I had known that it would have taken this long to receive two pencils from your company, I certainly would have looked elsewhere. Not a good first impression. Shame on you for charging $7.95 for shipping on an order of $1.90 and then using the slowest possible shipping method. Ripoff! I will be making my comments about your company known to other artists at my institution as well as the online community. Sincerely, Unsatisfied Customer.
