Ordered a specific color per online showroom. Received same name but color was not even close! Spoke to Customer Service who assured me that I was correct as she went to web site

Ordered shoes displayed on site via color and size available. Shoes arrived and color was NOT any where near what I viewed. Contacted Customer Service who assured me that I would receive a credit to include return shipping. Did not happen after repeated emails they just refused to credit shipping even though she agreed that product color was incorrect.
