I placed an order online with the retail company HBeasyrider back near the end of January. I charged the order to my credit card, which also appeared on my monthly statement. The problem is, that the "3-5 day shipping" method (the only shipping method available to choose from), still has not sent my order to me, and it is now early March.
I have been waiting more than a month for an order that I have already paid for. The only contact medium provided on their site is their email. There is no phone number, address of the store (although I know it is located on Main Street in Huntington Beach, CA), and worse off, the email can only be sent from their page since there is no specific email address posted. I have sent at least three emails with my correct return email address on them and still have not received any replies.
I feel unsatisfied, ignored, and disappointed in a business that has such a lack of communication and business ethics. Anyone can agree with me that it is not right to pay for something, like a service or product, and not receive what you pay for, let alone not even receiving an email assuring that my order is coming (who knows if it ever will?).
