Poor warranty and refund policy

I purchased a used engine with a 5-year warranty. Upon receipt, we always inspect a used engine first. We found no compression in three cylinders. When checking the engine, we found rust and mud inside the cylinders. We requested a refund, and they agreed. Four weeks later, after numerous phone calls and promises, they still have not refunded any money, but they have already taken the old engine back. This is a scam warranty, and the company is not trustworthy. Do not buy from them.
