I was a Verizon wireless client for 12 years in Pennsylvania, after I am move to SC Fountain Inn and Taylors, SC I can't use my cell phone and internet I report to representative in Verizon store at Simpsonville, SC. They try help me but they can do nothing because in this area Verizin not have good sygnal, I ask them to disconect my service/cell phone: (Personal Info Removed) and my internet but they not disconected my service. Two month ego colection agency call me and they ask me to pay them because I not disconect my service. I disconect my service in november but all the time when I Try explain to them I can't use my service they talk to me I need to pay them money for break contract. I must change company beacuse I am real estate agent and I need phone and internet to my work. I can't use them services. Upstate Sc Verizon have poor sygnal. Moved to SC I can not use my service because to today verizon they service is not good. How I can pay for something which I can't use They at verizon wireless not speak with me they give my case to Collection Agency Please help me because I do not know what I can do.
