Most of the furniture that was moved by Ferarri Relocation & Transfer, INC was damaged. I filed a claim with Anthems Claims Management as I was instructed to do. I have been waiting for my settlement which has not yet been received. When I called Anthems Claim Management they told me Ferrari Relocation & Transfer, INC was inactive and I could not collect my money. The person (no name given) got an attitude and would not answer any other questions. After doing some research I found that Ferarri is doing business under a new name with the same address and in the same state. They are now USA Relocation and Transfer, Inc., 431 Acacia Tree Way, Kissimmee, FL 34758. Phone # 407-929-0285. I was able to contact Bobby who owns/runs the company and told him he still needs to pay me. I faxed copies of my notarized paperwork to him as requested - now it is a waiting game. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB of Central Florida and am also asking how they can allow a moving company to go Inactive and open the same type of business for the same person with a new name. Is this a form of legalized fraud and theft?
