We hired Nationwide Relocation Service and they contracted AllPro Transfer. They were a day late than the 2 day window of pick-up we were given 10/23-10/24. Arrived afternoon of 10/25. We were not told all the places our furniture would go before delivering to our new home. The driver thought we'd get delivery either Wednesday 10/29 or 10/30. The end date of our delivery window was 11/1. After many conversations and lies about the delays. They arrived 11/5.
We were told when he picked up our things he was going to Salt Lake City and then to our location in Oregon. That the Salt Lake City stuff would be delivered after our. However, they must have delivered their furniture to Eastern Washington and then went to Montana for another load, because the stuff that shared the truck with ours was from Montana.
We had damaged goods and there was to be a refund for that plus the delays. As of 12/27/08 we have not heard another word and no refund. We would never use either Nationwide or Allpro transfer for anything.
