Team USA contracted a move for us through Ferrari Moving Systems in Kissimmee FL. The movers showed up without the packaging supplies new needed for mirrors and pictures and did not inventory any items. When Ferrari moving finally decided to deliver our belongings they were badly damaged and many items were not even delivered. We filed an on line claim form and it has not been resolved. Team USA moving claims no responsibility even though they hired Ferrari Moving. Bobby Ferrari has made idle telephone threats and will not process our claim. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
