Repair Appointment Cancelled Hours After Window Began Despite Confirmation Email

After Sears confirmed through email that my repair appointment was set for 6.2.08 between 8am and 1200pm, I was called at 946am to say they had no one to send, could they send tomorrow. Totally unacceptable after I had taken day off work to be here for this appointment.
