I have an 8 year old kenmore dishwasher and I have alsways had a service contract. The last time the machine stopped and I had to wait 2 weeks for Sears to come to my house. I was the 10 scheduled appointment for the day and by 5:30 they called and said the guy would not make it to my house. After calling sears appointment I was told I would have to waitanother 2 weeks because I have to go to the bottom of the list. The only way I got my dw fixed 2 days later is that my husband who works for a company that does corporate business with sears, and he had to threatened to contact the Ceo di I get my dw fixed. The motor stopped working. I would not buy another sears appliance and it do not want another sears contract. The service guy was nice buts sears stinks.
