I wish I would have seen this site before I dealt with Sears. I expected a technician today 11/13 to repair a treadmill between 1-5. I took the afternoon off work at no pay only to be called at 4:30 stating the technician fell behind and I would need to reschedule. I wasn't about to risk more of a salary loss so I will be going with another company. I find this treatment abysmal and will have no further dealings with Sears. I am seeing these complaints all over the web now. Come on Sears. Wake up!
