I purchased a Sears air conditioner on 6/21/10 to put in a condo in North Wildwood, N.J. It did not work from the beginning. It froze up when we put it on cool. I called service on 8/2/10 and had to wait until Aug. 12th for repair to come out. I was shocked and upset that I had to wait that long. 3 small children in the condo. Most of the day with no air conditioning. When it was on it froze up and had to be turned off for hours for it to defrost. Night before the appointment (8/11/10) received a message from Sears that I would have to reschedule. I called the company and they rescheduled my appointment to August 23rd. This is unacceptable. This is the worst service I have ever dealt with. What has happened to your company??? Dolores Dalessandro
