On June 27 called and made an appointment from 12 to 5 that day to get our hot water heater repaired from the Hanford Sears. The repair guy was a no show. Called and said that they needed to make another appointment for June 28 from 8 to 12, no show again. Got ahold of Sears again and said that they would be there at 1:30 pm again a no show. Called again and said that he would be there by 3:30 pm, again a no show. Called and said that he would be there by 5 pm, again a no show. The tech called and said that he would be there by 7 pm, again a no show. Called and got the run around from the 800 repair center and asked if I wanted to set up an appointment. I was pissed and hung up on them. Hanford Sears repair sucks and I will never call them again. Called a local repair man and he said he will be out in 1 hour. I had to take off work with no pay to wait for a no show repair man. I have also used up all my cell phone minutes it month because the 1-800 repair people have no clue which way is up. I will be going into the store to file a formal complaint. If I wasn't there when they can to repair my hot water heat I would be charged a service call fee. I think I should be reimbursed for my cell phone calls and time that I had to take off work. Do not use sears for any kind of repairs. They are a no show. I feel descriminated against with this company. 3 no shows and I had an appointment. Why was I treated this way and others got their appliances fixed on their appointment day.
