I ordered a kitchen cabinet remodel, but cancelled the entire order preferring to wait. The parent company refuses to acknowledge the cancellation, despite obtaining and mailing paperwork proving nothing was obtained (twice) after hours at the customer service desk. Even the designer herself helped to attempt to convince the parent company that the whole order was cancelled. My credit has been ruined by Home Depot considering me responsible for money I don't owe over the last two years. Any one else damaged? How about a class action lawsuit!
