This has got to be one of the worst retailers I have ever had to deal with, considering that at one point it was the only place we went for any needs we had, whether remodeling our home or purchasing new appliances or other big items. We remodeled our kitchen in January of this year, which we had not gotten to do for years. Our dream turned into a nightmare, from our countertops being completely wrong to the customer service in resolving this matter (which 6 months later has not been resolved).
We had to cut a hole in our wall. The sink did not even come close to fitting in the hole that they cut out. The measurements we gave them 2-3 times just to make sure, they still got wrong! The worst part is that when I called to discuss it and get it resolved, I was treated like "oh well, sorry for you"!
If you are going to remodel your home, I would NOT recommend going to Home Depot. I would not remodel a dog house with them!
