Contacts at End I have read the many rip off reports against Cingular wireless and agree with all the negitive reports of: Poor service and disconnects, Not adhering to there reguirement of good operating service, No help from customer service and the disconcern of service vs billing. I had Cingular wireless for only 2 1/2 months first a single line and then went to a add a second line plan. From the first day the sevice was broken, cracking and disconnects. I asked but was denighed a different model phone and was turned down. My service on both lines was disconnected while I was debating these problems.
Now I received a bill from a colection company asking for over $1,100.00 for a phone service I advised to terminate due to there not living up to standards. I have some information that may help many of you other complaining people. I located the office of VP of customer care service. The address is PO Box 772349, Ocala, Fl 34477-2349 the fax number is 1-866-378-3031.
They have not answered me but maybe more fax's and letters will help.in addition I filed a Cussumer complant with the Federal Communicsations Commission who regulates the wireless companies. The form you require is Consumer complaint form #475 and this can be obtained on line. The web site is Federal Communications Commission in a search or http://svartifoss2. Fcc. Gov/cib/fcc475. Cfm one can file on line, there is a fax number and an address. They will take action on all complaints. Please do so and let get this company corrected.
