Cingular Wireless Service is a unreliable fraudulent company that passes itself as a great wireless company.in actuality they are deceptive, not committed to customer service and out to stick it to the customer. I've had Cingular wireless service for only two months and the service was beyond sub par. When I tried to cancel my contract I was penalized with the termination fee and the company would not even settle on a partial payment plan. Needless to say I have been left with a huge debt to pay off (which I'm not) and a very bitter taste in my mouth. Anyone reading this should not become Cingular's next target.
