My disgusting experience with the @#$%#$%$ of Dolphin is much like everyone else's here. The exception in my case seems to be that instead of having material collected I delivered it to a warehouse in Lisbon for a move to Calif. Because the people I delivered my 2 pallets of household goods to were responsible professionals (unlike the thieves of Dolphin) I was able to track my pallets to Rotterdam and then to Los Angeles.
They still haven't arrived but I am assured that that should happen this week sometime. However, like most everyone else's experience here, the $1270 I transferred to Dolphin to take care of all the charges was obviously never paid to the various shippers, I was charged nearly $1000 dollars to have the goods released in LA and of course, no one at Dolphin answers the phone or e-mail... All contact with them is dead.
I really only wanted to say that if there is a chance of entering into a legal action against these @#$%^%$&^%* please count me in. They should be put out of business and put away as soon as possible.
