I have just experienced the worst customer service ever. I have the standard 4-hour appointment slot. I called customer service to determine if they have an estimated time of arrival (time is 1-5... It is now 2pm). She tells me "no". I ask - how far in advance will the repair technician call before showing up (30 mins prior, 1 hr prior...). She says "this is up to the technician". She then says "thank you for calling sears" and hangs up the phone. I did not get my question answered. She did not attempt to help any further - just hangs up on me. I think this will be the last time I use Sears.
