This is the only word I can give to Sears product and its repair service. I purchased a kenmore coin-operated electric dryer for my tenants two years ago and it has been seldom used (even less than the dryer at my home). But now its motor could not start up. I called Sears repair services and scheduled an appointment. The 1st appointment was rescheduled by the Sears technician just half a hour before scheduled time because he did not feel well (acceptable). The 2nd appointment was cancelled by me after I waited in my rental property for 6 hours but the technician had still not shown up. I gave up! This experience makes me change my view to Sears product and services. They are not reliable and I will be away from them.
