While shopping at The Home Depot in 725 Plaza Court, in Chula Vista, Califonia, I happpened upon a employee who works in the Garden Department, and his name is James Marshall. I had been to nurseries and other stores but could never get a straight answer to my plant problems. As I persued through the pesticide aisle, James asked me if he could help me. I explained the problem of curled leaves and yellowing plants. He then gave me a diagnosis. He took me to the front of the store where he got on the computer and looked up what I had told him. Exactly what he had just told me was right there in black and white. He printed out this information walked me over to what I needed to buy, gave me his business card and said to call or come in and let him know how things went.in all of my retail years of shopping I have never encountered this kind of service. It was more than the right answers it was the personal service he gave me. Not rushing to get away, but trying to help as much as he could. What he told me is probally why I am writing this comment and will shop there again. He said, " you work hard for your money and I want to make sure you get the right answers and buy the right product"! He has my vote for employee of the year and I have since told my friends where to shop for answers and great cusomer service.
