I have found a person who personifes what it means to give customer service. My aunt who is in a stroke had me take her twice a week to see James in the Home Depot. He always gives her a hug and helps her smile, since she know has a stroke. He helps her shop and makes her feel as thoguh she is the only customer. Sice we have been visting him it seems she is getting better. Just the joyu he brings to her is amazing.
