I have found a person who personifies what it means to give customer service. My aunt, who has suffered a stroke, has me take her twice a week to see James at Home Depot. He always gives her a hug and helps her smile. He helps her shop and makes her feel as though she is the only customer. Since we have been visiting him, it seems she is getting better.
