While visiting a Home Depot in Chula Vista, California I met a young man in the Garden Section. His name is James and he was fantastic. He not only helped us in the garden he walked us through the store the whole time smiling and making us laugh. Then to top it off helped us out to our car. We have NEVER had this type of great customer service anywhere. I hope he make his way up the ladder, because of his excellent service we no longer go to Lowes just to this Home Depot.
