We bought our extended warranty for our Kenmore Ht3 front loader washer/dryer. Had to take advantage of it the first few months. The repair tech said it was done, after leaving it still was broken. I called the 800 number to get him back before he left the area. I was told it would be another three days. After a week of lugging clothes to a laundry mat I was not happy. 6 months later another break down... Same thing. Parts had to be ordered and another rescheduling. Then my third time I complained that the washer stopped with a code showing when in the cleaning cycle. I was sold a "special" cleaner and as the tech left I used it, everything worked fime. For 10 minutes. I just had wasted a $12.00 bottle of cleaner. Then I was at Lowe's Home Improvement store. The SAME " special" cleaner was selling for $3.97... What a ripoff... So I called Sears Home Services and was given another number to call to resolve the overcharge and no one answered, only voice mail. It's been two weeks so I am not holding my breath..
