Technician left stating that he could find no codes to remedy the problem of my clothes not spinning dry enough to put in dryer. He left load of clothes in dryer, without even looking at them after running spin cycle. Went to put clothes in dryer after tech left and they were dripping wet. IS THIS NORMAL? If so I spend $900.00 for energy effecient washer that has to have extra spin cycle once or even twice to get to what by top loader could do. I feel that I have wasted my time and money trying to save energy. This washer is less than 1 yr old.
