Incompetent Tech

My washer broke, it wont go into the spin cycle. I called Sears Home Service to repair. I had to wait a week for an appointment, no big deal. The tech shows up tells us he has to order a part and it'll be another week before he can come out again. Ok, still no big deal. The tech calls the day of the appointment to tell me he'll be here between 1-5pm. He shows up at 5:30.30 minutes late, still no big deal. After he installs the parts he tells me he all done and walks out. I ran a load of laundry and guess what? It still does not go into spin cycle. Im furious. The tech didn't even bother to test the washer after he installed the parts!!! I call to complain and they tell me I have to wait another week for a tech to come out again. Now I'm really mad. That's not the end of it. I look at the invoice closer and he charged my twice for the same part. What a Jerk!!! I hate Sears Home Service. I'll never, ever use them again and will go out of my way to tell everyone about my horrible experience.
