Washer - Lemon - Repair Warranty

Found this site and hope it will do something? I purchased a high-end front load washer and dryer 7 years ago along with the repair contract. Since the purchase, I have bought the extended repair contract that was pricey. I would be OK with this if issues with the washer were fixed, but so far, repair technicians have not been able to, or willing to repair the same issue, over and over. Only one really tried.

History:

The last 3 years (or more) my high-end washer will not drain. THREE YEARS it has been doing this. I have scheduled repair after repair and the technician comes, tinkers around, and says it is fixed. After all the repair efforts and my having to reschedule my affairs over and over, it still continuously has been in disrepair.

Only one out of the many technicians was decent and truly tried to fix the problem, to my despair without any success.in order for me to do a load of wash, I have to time the drain/spin cycle so I can be in front of the washer to remove the clothes before it fills with water again. Every time!

Now here is the final frustration with this issue. The extended repair warranty is about to expire. I will simply have to replace the washer now. I will not purchase the feel good repair warranty and will go elsewhere for the purchase. This situation leaves me with a "Sucker" conclusion with Sears that does not sit well at all. Generally, I have liked Sears, but the repair service at a considerable expense has been a total waste of my money and valuable time.

I feel like I am banging my head on the wall to get this thing repaired. Probably will never happen.
To make things even worse, adding insult to injury, most of the repairmen have the audacity to tell me I am using too much HE detergent! Now how would that fix this ongoing problem? To that end, I do not, but seems that they are trying to reflect the failure of the machine to my over use of soap! One sold me a case of special cleaner thinking it would fix my issues. All he did was push some of the buttons on the control panel and then talked me into purchasing this cleaner. It is probably a good idea, but not going to fix the washer. He then told me not to worry since I had this repair warranty that any issues would be fixed for FREE!

There must be a solution to repair this machine. I think replacing it would be reasonable at this point but would be stunned if that were to occur. Feel so taken advantage of with this ongoing problem. As I write this, I feel even more frustration with the service I have (didn’t) received. With exception to only one man, the service staff of Sears does not seem to care whatsoever. The problem is brushed off by statements like your covered, just call when it happens again. Even after I explain, it occurs every-time!
