I bought a Kenmore HE 3t washer from my local Sears store on Monday, June15. We brought it home and the first time I attempted to use it it did not work. I called sears repair and a tech. Told me to do hard reset. I did and that took care of that problem. Then when the washer got to the last 8 min. When it was supposed to spin my clothes it flashed F25. I called back and a repairman came out and decided that he thinks it is the tachometer in the motor and the whole motor needs replaced (on a brand new machine? Go figure!). He says it will take 2 weeks to get the part and get it back to my residenc to repair my machine. I can not believe a $1000.00 machine has these problems! Any comments. I think I should receive a new washer even though this one was on clearance because of a cracked water inlet and was repaired at the local store before I brought it home and I just paid $449.00 for it.
