My husband Freddie and I purchased a washer, dryer, and a Kenmore Elite fridge from Sears located in Houston, Texas at 1000 Hwy 6 77082. The purchase was in the amount of 3,194.38 The appliances were purhased on 7/24. They were delivered that Sunday of that same week. I used the dryer to dry clothes and returned to remove clothes and noticed my clothes were still wet. The dryer drum not turning. I have called numerous times for a repair tech to come to our home to fix our dryer, No has come out yet! They say you will recieve a call within 24 to 48 hours from their offices like A&E who are contracted with them, but no one calls you. Sears has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would like my dryer fixed or they can come and pick the washer and dryer up and give me a full refund! We deserve it from the way we have been treated! Sears does not stand by their products! Can you please help get this resolved? Thank you very much!!
