Day of installation, the rug provided was not the same style nor color I ordered. Good ole "Bait and Switch" tactic employed by NFD. Fortunately, I noticed this as soon as the installer showed up with the rug sample. Why I was never notified by anyone from NFD remains a mystery. After trying to convince me this was a better rug of the same color (unless your color blind) with an additional 10% discount, i politely declined. I was then told they could install my original order the following day (this after just being told they were out of stock). When i asked about the 10% discount, they declined (again, this just after I was offered a 10% discount on the supposingly better rug). Put one and one together and this is classic "Bait and Switch". Buyer beware!!
