Store Employee

I was verbally accosted by an employee at the Salem, NH store (#0047) after waiting 45 minutes for the store to open (the store opened 45 minutes late). I spoke with the store manager, who witnessed the abuse and offered no apology or information on how to file a formal complaint. Horrible store, horrible service. I will now purchase my supplies through Amazon.
