Cox Cable
Bait and switch. Quote a lowball price and tell you 3 moths later that you were getting a discount and then raise it 25%. No discount was ever mentioned at the time of signup internet

Three months ago I signed up for cox cable and was quoted a satisfactory monthly fee.

After three months of service the fee went up 25%. When I questioned the increase I was told that I had been getting a 25% discount for three months. This discount was never mentioned when I originaly signed up.

This is clearly a " Bait and switch" tactic being used by this company.
