Direct TV installed a regular receiver instead of an advertised free DVR and won't switch it out - Satellite TV Package

I ordered Direct TV through a AAA ad (which is also available to the public—some exclusive discount—NOT) which offered a free DVR. I didn't use the DVR right away (about 2 weeks later) and couldn't record anything. Turned out it was just a regular receiver. I called Direct TV and they said that since I didn't call within 5 days of installation, that I couldn't have the DVR unless I paid $170 for it. I had asked for the DVR when I ordered the service, but they said that I didn't. Classic case of Bait and Switch. Shame on them and on AAA for advertising them.
