Purchased a new leather sofa, love seat, and recliner. Color is beginning to fade badly in less than a month! Found various items in sofa cushions that obviously came from someone else using the furniture for their home or business. Contacted the manager Brian McCrowder, was told "come by the store to discuss exchange" Arrived at store, they claim they no longer have any of this furniture in-stock, if we want to exchange, will have to find a different set, and pay the difference, as ours was "greatly discounted"
Was then told "furniture is sold as-is" and if I wish to return it, I can... With a 25% re-stock fee!
Contacted their parent company, spoke with Nichole in customer service, she wants to send out a "service tech" to see what can be done. For new furniture with color fading badly?
Beware, this is a classic "bait-and-switch"
