We ordered sample tiles from The Glass Tile Store online and then placed an order for tile based upon the color of the sample tile. When our order arrived it was a different color and also a different name. I sent pictures to them and they said they would reship the order. Well again they sent the wrong tile/color and then would not credit my account unless I paid to ship the incorrect tile back.
Beware of doing business with them, based upon my experience you will not get what you order compared to the samples they send you.
