Shipped wrong items

I ordered 2 Gerber Gator drop point fine edge knives, but I received 2 Gerber Gator clip point fine edge knives. After calling several days and messaging I received a message stating that they don’t sell the knife I’m claiming to have ordered.
I took photos of both knives on their website the day I received the wrong knives.
