They agreed to deliver the order to a hotel and passed on the order to a "local florist," who sent the delivery person with only the first name of the guest, despite having the full name and phone number on the order. The delivery person left with the order, unable to deliver it.
Attempts to resolve the issue with JustFlowers support were unsuccessful. My card was charged, and JustFlowers refused to help me, claiming that the order was delivered.
