I first called Sears Repair about three weeks ago. My Kitchen Aid range has a digital display of oven temperature, convection time, and clock that was not working. The applaince is under a maintenance agreement. A service man was promptly sent out. When he came the appliance was working briefly again. He looked it over and left.in an hour or two the display was off again. I waited several days and re-scheduled. This service man said the board needed to be replaced. A part was ordered and shipped to us. I called again when it arrived and rescheduled. When the repairman came out the wrong part had been shipped to us and he did a little soldering and the display was on again. My husband said he tested it and said it was working. When I tried to pre-heat the oven to bake a cake I had already mixed up, I found that wasn't the case. I called and rescheduled the Sears repairman. I suppose I will have to wait another week for a part. I hope it will at least be the correct one this time.
