I purchased a new Fridgedare Dishwasher in April. My first service call came in June. It was scheduled two weeks out from when I called; the repairman showed up on an hour late. The next three appointments I had to make because the dishwasher was never actually repaired, were all cancelled and rescheduled. Each appointment was scheduled two weeks out and then cancelled the same day and rescheduled another two weeks out; they over-booked twice and the repairman went home early once. I finally found a customer service representative that helped me develop a case for replacement. I went to Sears picked out a replacement and scheduled delivery, again availability of two weeks out which was today and yes, it has now been cancelled and rescheduled. I am very disappointed.
