Poor service - Whirlpool Range

After my oven stopped working (just under 10 years old) I ordered a part over the phone for my oven which I bought from Sears. Part arrived a week later and it was the wrong part. Called, explained the error, ordered another part. A week later, part arrives it is the same as the 1st order. Called, explained, they agreed it is the wrong part and have to get R&D involved to figure this out.in the mean time, I cannot get the correct part and still have to wait. Asked for a Manager to call me so they can get a technician out at their cost and the manager has not called me back. What kind of Service does Sears provide?
